By accessing or using FavKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FavKit is an icon generation tool that converts uploaded images into icon packages for various platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Favicon, etc.). The service offers both free (watermarked) and paid (subscription-based) downloads.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the displayed rate via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use those images. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and are not stored after icon generation is complete.

5. Limitation of Liability

FavKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
